Hello,

Have tried contacting support about a Windows 11 recovery software I purchased. Have received no support at all.
Multiple emails have been ignored. This is going on for month now!

What is going on? Why do I always get the answer :

"We got your help request! One of our agents will respond to you as soon as possible."
