NeoSmart Software Conflict with IVF App

The NeoSmart software I installed to manage several boot drives on my PC interferes with an application my IVF clinic uses to track medication schedules. What can I do to resolve this conflict? Any help would be appreciated regarding this.

Try temporarily turning off NeoSmart software or adjusting its settings to prevent it from interfering with your IVF clinic’s app. You could also contact NeoSmart and the clinic’s tech support for more specific compatibility solutions.
 
How is it interfering ?
EasyBCD is not part of the system, it's an application which does absolutely nothing by simply being installed on your PC, other than occupy a little bit of disk space, just like every other app on the PC.
It's only if you open it and use it to make changes to your boot parameters that it will affect your system when you reboot.
If the reboot was successful then once again it's just an inactive app and can't interfere with anything else.
Are you talking about some other Neosmart software ?
