New to software and will not run !!!

Been searching forum but can not find answer.... New to this software and can not get it to run. This is the error I am getting . Tried reinstalling and verified .net is 4.6.1 .. win 7 is os as of now.

We believe that this was caused by an incorrectly uploaded copy of EasyBCD 2.3 to our file server.
Can you please try download it again and re-installing?
 
Mahmoud,, That took care of the problem . Now I need to learn how to use .. Will spend some time this weekend .
