Can I open EasyBCD.exe in Ubuntu 10 without using wine?

Can I open EasyBCD.exe in Ubuntu 10 using wine? If so are there instructions on setting it up?

Problem: after installing Ubuntu I am no longer able to open XP or 7.

Have read your fine instructions on "A guide to the multiboot process" and now understand the mistakes I have made.

No, you cannot use EasyBCD from Wine.

You need to follow the instructions at Recovering the Vista Bootloader from the DVD - NeoSmart Technologies Wiki to fix your boot, then you can use EasyBCD to configure everything correctly.
