now that i have a job i am feeling the need to upgrade, or buy a new computer.

This is a desired machine i would like to buy in the next year or so. (i know after a while some of these parts will not be top of the line, thats my goal)

$235.99

what do you all think about it? is it worth the $2,122.12 they have for it now? (thats with the 36.21 shipping cost)

ill look up everything on newegg as well and see the differences.

I will be buying the case first lol (it being the cheapest)

i think ill go with tiger for most of this stuff, (until newegg lowers its prices on some of it)

the total at newegg is 2255 before shipping, that in my mind is pushing it, considering i can get it for nearly 133 dollars cheaper at tiger.

It's a good rig. I just hope you won't buy those parts one by one, always wait until you have the money for all, because price might go down the way you didn't expect so you'd be able to make even better deal within a year from now, like you said.

Yeah, I think its worth the money, I specially like the cooling systems on GPU and CPU.

Strange that graphic card doesn't have 1GB of RAM, but it's nice anyways.

^ sarge, i chose that gfx card for its ability to triple SLi ^_^

the mobo is able to so why not right? lol

i am going to try my best to buy it all at once, but im dying for a new keyboard lol and that case is nice i want now :frowning: lmao

Keyboard's don't get out of date, you can buy that whenever you have the cash (keep in mind that i'm using a model from the 80s, though )

:grinning:

^ yes well i want a new one too lol

and prices do go down for them after time

but what do you think of the list? will it run crysis (lmao jk) it better as hell run crysis lol

Forget the wireless keyboard and get yourself a classic like Guru's.
I think you were on one of your extended absences Donald, when this was discussed at such length in a previous thread that Guru or Mak split it off into a discussion all of its own.
