No boot menu after re-installing Windows 7

Guys I reinstalled Windows 7 and there is no boot menu.

I reinstalled Easy BCD 2.0 and readded the Xp entry - no joy

Also I marked the system reserved partition as active - no menu.

I know I am missing something stupid. Can someone refresh my memory?
