Hello,

Have tried contacting support about a Windows 11 recovery software I purchased. Have received no support at all and the software did nothing to help fix or debug my problem. The issue is most likely a driver not installed in the recovery software so it doesn't even see my disk.

Multiple emails have been ignored.

Would very much like to get a refund from this purchase.
