NO windows installation detected GPT/UFEI boot windows 10

Help

I have a windows system with GPT NVME m.2 512
Windows 10 starts, crashes, I try to do startup repairs fails

I bought neosmart new version, but it doesn't even detect windows installation to try repair??
I boot dell via F12/ UFEI, USB neosmart...it loads, but when i select automatically repair, it does not detect any windows installation ??

What next?
