Now That I Need It I Can't Make It Work

I was having problems with my Windows XP3 computer in 2020. I purchased, downloaded and THOUGHT I created a Easy Recovery Essentials CD. I was able to fix the problem without needing to use the disk. However, now I need it and it doesn't work. The CD contains the following folders and files:
boot (folder) containing grub (folder), kernel (folder) and boot.catalog (file)
baseroot.ufs.uzip (file)
bootstrap.ufs.gz (file)
easyre.ufs.uzip (file)
launchcode (file)
md5sum.txt
I'm stumped as to how to proceed.
