Hard drive dieing so... I want vista 32 bit and 64 bit , xp 64 bit , xp 32 sp2 AND ubuntu studio . I have 3 hard drives . What would be the right sequence to install the o/s 's and how would I set up Easy BCD and on what o/s

Install all of you Xp first and then Vista. Vista being new operating system will detect ntdlr files and chainload the automatically for you. Other way around means that Xp will overwrite Vista boot loader and you will have to fix it later.
 
Go XP 32/XP 64/Vista 32/Vista 64/Ubuntu. Then repair the Vista bootloader and then add a Ubuntu entry.
