After paying for the product "Windows 10 Recovery Disc" on 4/27/26, received download link in email which is expired now. The file that downloaded is being flagged as "corrupt" by the ISO burning software I downloaded from your site. Did the download several times. I notified support of the problem. Got a automated reply saying " We got your help request! One of our agents will respond to you as soon as possible." on 4/27/26. No other emails since.
Can not use the software because I can't create a boot USB from the file I downloaded.
