Partition not unmounted by EasyBCD ?

I'm using easy BCD 2 build 80. I added the linux entry (grub2) and then rebooted into linux. Linux complained that the filesystem access date was in the future and that (there was something wrong with the filesystem -- I cant remember the exact message). It forced me to do fsck on each linux partition, and corrected 1 error for each partition. I think this was a problem with easy BCD not cleanly unmounting the linux partitions.
 
EasyBCD does not (and even cannot) mount Linux filesystems. This was probably the result of an unclean shutdown at some point.
