Hi everyone, I downloaded an app from NeoSmart but I’m having trouble opening it.
The file downloads fine, but when I try to run it, nothing happens. I’m using Windows and not sure if it’s a permission issue, compatibility problem, or something else. Does I have to use any other platform to download it?
If anyone has experienced this or knows a fix, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks!
