Windows 7 and Vista use the same bootloader. No point in replacing it. If you cant get into Vista, add a new entry for Vista in W7 using EasyBCD. While you're there, you can also remove Windows 7's entry from the menu, so that Windows Vista is the only option. Like said before, rename the XP entry to something like say "Windows Vista", but make a copy of it first and modify the copy like pointed out in [post=33925]post 8[/post] in order to boot XP directy without requiring use of Vista's bootmenu.
From the evidence he gave us, Justin, I don't believe he has Vista...
It sounds like he has just Win 7, Ubuntu, and XP. Since he's got everything working the way he wants it to now, it doesn't make much difference, but to prevent confusion for later users who might read this thread, here is how he was actually booting:
From the disk that contains the partition called "WinStore (D)", and the 631.51 GB partition (which according to the other info he posted appears to be a Linux Native partition). Since he's got Grub installed to the MBR of that drive, he gets to the Grub menu in which he is given the options to boot into Win 7, XP, or Ubuntu. A few posts ago, at least, when he selected the XP entry, it starts up the Win 7 bootloader on the "system" partition (W), and gave him a new menu in which he could boot into either XP or Win 7 (along with an additional entry for Win 7 that didn't work). He selects Win 7 from the Win 7 menu, and of course boots into Win 7. He selects XP from the Win 7 menu, and it boots into XP like it should, because the XP boot files are on that partition, as well as the Win 7 boot files (but not any longer, because he moved them over to Win 7's partition).
So he's actually booting from the storage drive, and not from XP's (though that's the drive I originally thought he was booting from, based on the provided evidence thus far).
