Re-partitioning with EasyBCD?

Hi all
Is it possible to repartition a Vista system with EasyBCD?
I have two volumes, C and D.
Old Windows XP installation on C.
New Vista files on D.
C is the system and boot partition but I no longer need it and want to erase/reformat it and resize my partitions.
Can EasyBCD do that?
Any help appreciated.

No EasyBCD is only to manage the bootloader. You need something like GParted or the Disk Management Utility within Vista to manage your partitions.
