I am running a dual boot system Windows 7 Pro and Win10 Pro. I needed to re-create the BCD boot file but when I did so using easybcd 2.3 from Windows 7 as the current OS, the windows 7 OS booted fine but the Win10 does not: displaying a message that said. "A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. File\windows\system32\winload.exe.
Is this related to which OS I am loading the bootmgr from? Does Win10 have to be the default OS?
Thanks
