I am looking for a way to enable an installation of W8 on a HDD that was created on a PC that was capable of enabling PAE,NX and SSE2 in bios to boot up on a PC that has socket 478 and no option to enable it. The usual error codes are displayed as follows:- Error Code:0X0000005D Parameters: 0x030F0204 0x756E6547 0x49656E69 0x6C65746E As this check is in the registry of the HDD, there must be a way to edit or delete items or folders to skip this check, the furthest I have got when searching regedit is:- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE HARDWARE > SYSTEM Current Control Settings Control Any help with this please? see screen shot.
