remove dual boot. keep window 7 and remove vista

Hi

would appreciate if someone could help me out.

i have just one partition C drive which run vista on it.
i partiton it to 3, meaning i have vista as C, window 7 for D and Data for E.

now my question is..
i wanted to keep window 7 and wanted to remove vista completely and format the drive.
how do i go about it? if i were to use EasyBCD 2.0. what are the steps? no worries ive backup all my files to an external Hdd. or is there any other better ways of doing it.
any advice would be appreciated....

If Vista is marked "system" in Disk Management, you'll need to use
EasyBCD 2.0 / Diagnostics / Change boot drive and point it to W7
Then you can boot W7 and format Vista.

thanks Terry...

Yes u are rite...vista is marked 'system'
so must i boot in to vista first and run EasyBCD.??
or can i run EasyBCD thru window 7 and do the...(EasyBCD 2.0 / Diagnostics / Change boot drive and point it to W7)
