Remove the restriction of 2GB of memory windows 7 started edition, is it possible?

hi.

i have a netbook (samsung n315) with 2GB running with windows 7 started edition.

it has a slot for adding 2GB more but due to restriction of this version it only enables 2gb.

Anyone have any suggestions for removing this limitation?

I'm afraid not. Starter Edition is limited to 2gb in both x86 (32-bit) and x64 (64-bit) versions. If you upgraded to Home Premium, then you would be allowed up to 4gb in x86 and 16gb in x64.
