removing boot files

I just used EasyBCD to move the boot information from a secondary drive to my main drive (I have 3 OS's installed 2 on main drive and one on secondary drive).. The system boots ok, but I want to remove the boot information from the secondary drive so I only have one drive bootable. I understand this is the correct way to have it setup.
Not sure how to remove the boot info from the secondary drive.

Thanks for any help.

There's no real need to, it's very little space (and it gives you an emergency boot ability if something screws your other MBR), but if you're a neat freak, just delete the bootmgr module and the \boot folder from the root on the old drive.
