Repair Disk for Windows 7 Home Premium

Does anybody have a link for a repair disk for Windows 7 Home Premium? I have a client that is locked out of there computer with an invalid password. And they need a repair disk to get passed that screen and reset the password for their child. Can anybody help. it would be greatly appreciated. I need an .iso file to create the image. Thanks again.
