Replace Vista32 (C-drive) with Windows7_64?

I have the following installed on a single harddrive (see bootlist below post)
The thing I'd like to do is to do a clean install of Windows 7 (64bit) on the Vista32 partition C drive, without screwing up the other entries.

Is this action possible without altering any settings in the process?
I'm asking this since the BCDstore, NTDETEC, ntldr and boot.ini reside in C: (same partition as Vista32 and the same partition I'm going to install Windows7 on)

Which steps should I take before installing Windows 7 on the Vista32 partition?
Should I:

1) move the BCD store to another partition, then install Windows 7 and recover the entries with EasyBCD

2) Install Windows 7 and leter install EasyBCD there with hope of EasyBCD being able to find my other Windows installations

3) Something else

I'm grateful for all help I can get regaridng this.

Here's my current setup
