REQUEST: BootMGR configured for hd0,7

Hello

Can I please have a bootmgr file pre-configured for hd0,7?

I have Windows Vista 64-bit, Windows 7 64-bit (RC) & Windows Server 2008.

Giving me the bootmgr for Windows 7 shouldn't be an issue, seeing as the .iso is available free from Microsoft.

I don't understand your request.
Bootmgr isn't configured for anything. It reads the BCD which describes where everything is.
hd0,7 is the 4th logical drive in an extended partition. Windows can't boot from a logical drive.
What are you trying to do. ?

Is there a 64-bit bootmgr file?

BOOTMGR is loaded by the BIOS and not Windows. It doesn't matter if you're running x86 or x64.
