SSD temperature

A Samsung Evo 860 1 TB works with 35-40 °, a Crucial BX 500 1 TB only has about 25° so 10° less.
The same Sandisk Ultra 2 TB about 25°.
All with OS.
Pure data on BX 500 1 TB leads to about 15°, on MX 500 1 TB 25°.
So what is the reason ?? MX 500 has an SDRAM (??) inside so better than BX 500 without.
Samsung too ??
Or are the chips NAND different types the reason for different temperature ?
