Boot with the CDROM. Comes up with a screen with two options. Choosing either options, get blank screen with cursor and then reboots. Are there any other options or settings I can try?
See THIS sticky post regarding support being via email only. Meanwhile someone may come along to help but it's not likely from my experience. I'm just a Moderator and have not used that software.
