I had a major virus on my laptop yesterday and the only way I could get rid of it was to back up all my files and do a complete system recovery to take it back to its factory settings. Now when it starts up it asks me for my password but says I cannot access profile. Ive tryed starting it in safe mode and tryed to go onto guest account but it wont even give me that option. Can anyone help please ???
