Boot files are super hidden.
You need this to see them.
The \boot folder is in the root of the partition marked "system" in Disk Management.
If that's a 100Mb unlettered partition, not your W7 partition, you'll need to give it a letter to navigate to it.
Or you can get W7 back in control of the boot with your W7 DVD
