The boot does not see the keyboard during startup.

I have a gigabyte motherboard.
When I boot the computer, I can't access the gigabyte boot screen and the keyboard is unresponsive.
Later, when Windows 11 starts, the keyboard and mouse are connected.
 
I have uninstalled/installed Logitech software several times, but the keyboard only works when Windows 11 comes in
I also can't boot from CD or pendrive.
