The EasyBCD 2.4.exe App will start, but not process further in Windows 10

After installation, the first message in the pop-up EasyBCD Community Edition which appear on the screen, the App won't go further with the 2nd pop-up.

I have followed the instruction on "
" fromCHEMICAL MAN, but without success.

Firewalls switched off.

Is there a step-by-step plan for this problem?

Looking for support.
