The system cannot find the file specified

Hello all,

I am using XP x64. I'm trying to install the Vista bootloader since it works the best for me. I copied the boot folder from a server 2008 machine and its contents are now in my C:/Windows/Boot folder. When I run EasyBCD and specify my correct boot drive (C:smile: and Vista Drive Letter (also C:smile: it gives me the error "The system cannot find the file specified"

Help plz

You don't need Vista's boot manager in place for ntldr since it'll load ntldr anyway that in return loads XP. On an XP only machine you're just making life harder.

Tried that. Now it says to please make sure that a \Windows\Boot directory exists on the drive. After I close the error message, the boot folder at c:\boot disappears...it's deleted or something.
