Hello Folks, I have a triple boot system already setup and working [thanks].
I have XP Pro, Win 7x86, and Win7x64 each in in their own partition.

I wish to Remove the Win 7x32 OS. Which means that I shall be left with XP and Win7x64.

Do I simply Remove the entry for Win 7x32 using EasyBCD?

Am I then safe to re-format the Win 7x32 partition?
Thanks,

Which partition is marked "system" in Disk Management ?
That's where the boot files are and so that partition cannot be formatted unless you move the boot files first.
Disk Management flags have the following meanings

"boot" = "this is the system you're running"
"system" = "this is where I found the boot files for the currently running system"
"active" (on the first HDD in the BIOS boot sequence) = "this is where I started the search for the boot files"
"active" (on subsequent HDDs in the BIOS boot sequence) ="this is where I will look if I don't find something in the MBR on the first HDD"

Thank you - your posts are always so clear and concise.
Trouble is I now find the partition is not Primary; so swapping failed.
Nevermind.

If the one you want to remove is not primary, then it can't contain boot files and should be easy to format away.
If you're saying that the one you want to remove is your only primary (and therefore must be "system"), then that does make it more difficult, but not impossible.
What's the exact situation ?
Post a Disk Management screenshot if you want us to take a look and advise. (the sticky explains how to attach screenshots if you need help)
