Trouble making EasyRE bootable media

Purchased and downloaded EasyRE for Windows 8.1 three days ago. Since then I've invested many, many hours attempting to run the program. None of my media is being recognized as bootable media despite my following the EasyRE installation instructions. I have viewed the contents of the media and it appears to hold the appropriate content - yet will not boot any which way the Toshiba Satellite laptop is started.

EasyRE is not guaranteed to work in all cases as Microsoft doesn't allow outside companies to produce a full system disk. If it's being used to cure startup issues it may need to be run 2 or 3 times in Safe Mode. Failing that support is available at easyre@neosmart.net and refunds at sales@neosmart.net
