Trying to create Win10 Recovery Partition

Hi I'm following the video
but I followed the video step by step, but when I reboot it boots straight into Windows 10, it doesn't give me the menu with the option of Recovery - any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Created R: Partition
Copied Contents Of Windows 10 ISO file to R:
Added Entry From R:\Sources\boot.wim with EasyBCD
View Settings Shows:-

There are a total of 2 entries listed in the bootloader.

Default: Windows 10
Timeout: 30 seconds
Boot Drive: C:\
