TweakVI integration

EasyBCD V2 Rel76. Does not detect os system and will download TweakVI instead of Tweak-7 for windows 7 users.

TweakVI is a separate utility so no its not integrated with EasyBCD. The button simply gets it and installs it on the computer for you. As for Tweak-7 I havent played around with it but a button to obtain it may be added if EasyBCD's developer decides to add it.
