Unable to activate "show updates"

Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs.
When that loads there willb e a small box at the top of the screen that says Show Updates. It should be there. I would show you but i am in Vista not XP right now.
IE7 shoould be on that list. Either under the Windows updates toward the bottom or under IE.

You can use Spuninst.exe to uninstall Internet Explorer 7, it is one hidden file with IE7.
