unable to open easybsd

i have recently downloaded and installed easybsd 2.0.2 from official website but following error occured,
"the application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135). click on ok to terminate the application."
also checked with 2.0.1

You need to install .NET 2.0 SP1.
