usinbg bcd for dual boot with win 7 home and xp pro

Hey I have windows xp and win 7 both are legeal copies and i want to dual boot my laptop cause i have the extra windows and for testing endavers. Please if you know anything help me t o do this job thanks
i am on a presario cq56-219wm
not sure lat letters but i am close
