Vista Operating system recovery

I'm a newbie and need help with system recovery. I'm not very computer literate and need someone that can walk me through this step by step. From what I have read about this, my system can be restored through the use of a windows Vista recovery disc torrent...I've downloaded it, but that is where I get stuck. It says to select where you want uTorrent to save the disk, but it doesn't allow me to save it. HELP!!! PLEASE!!! Thanks, Sharee
 
Save it to your my documents/documents folder if its giving you access denied messages or run uTorrent as an administrator (right-click on uTorrent and select "Run as Administrator"). Your firewall might also be blocking uTorrent.
 
Are you doing this from a computer at work or at home ?
Very often companies will block the downloading of torrents on their PCs.
