Vista Recovery Environment to Hard Drive

Hi I just downloaded WinRE from here and was wondering if I could use the instructions provided here to copy it to my hard drive and to the advanced boot menu. Problem is, there is no winre.wim, just a boot.wim, and there are some extra files. Also, I don't have a copy of setautofailover.cmd.

Does anyone have any specific instructions pertaining to the Disc downloaded on how to load it onto the hard drive? Also, can anyone provide me with a copy of setautofailover.cmd?

Nevermind.
I just realized that either HP or SP1 added a Repair Windows option to the Advanced Boot Menu which loads up WinRE.
