Vista Repair error?

My hard drive died and I couldn't fix it so I ended up just buying a new hard drive (it has more GB which I needed anyway). It's just a blank, new hard drive and I need to install Vista on it so I downloaded the Vista recovery on this site. I don't know where my original Vista installation CD, so I thought this would work, but I get this error:

“The installation was canceled.

Windows cannot open the required file D:\Sources\Install.wim. The file does not exist. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070002.”

I don't even know if it's the right thing to do to install the Vista recovery when it's a new hard drive? Thanks for any help.

Addendum:

I just saw this:
"IMPORTANT - You CANNOT use this disk to Install or Re-Install Vista. IT CONTAINS NO INSTALLATION FILES"

Does anybody know where I can get the installation files?

Hello crazystargrl, welcome to NST

Borrow a Vista DVD from a friend and use the product key attached to your computer for the installation or contact your OEM for a recovery set.
