Vista transparency tab missing

I have Vista Home Premium, Pavillion 9700 laptop with 8600 nvidia card, settings are on, performance great, transparency enabled, but there is no TAB to set it lower or higher...how come?

There is no tab for that option...

Right click desktop>personalize. In there Desktop color will bring up the menu but i have never seen any Transparency tab to reduce the transparency at all....

guys thx longhorn beta had that tab do a little google search on it and u will see why I was so confused

Yes the longhorn betas did. But that feature was removed a while back.
