Vista with XP Dual Boot! EasyBCD Problem!

Hi so I just done a fresh install of Vista on (C:smile: and Windows XP on (D:smile: I then put the vista DVD in and repaired the boot. Now I have installed EasyBCD 1.7.1 and I go to Add/Remove Entries and select Windows NT/2k/XP/2k3 from the drop down and now here is the problem! I think I am ment to select the drive that Windows XP is on which is D: BUT the drop down menu is grey :frowning:


Anyone know what i done wrong?

I tried looking at mine and get the same thing.

I think you need to hit the button that says "Change Settings." Look under "Entry-Based Settings" and it says "Choose an OS to change the associated settings." Open the drop-down menu, click on the XP one, open the drop-down menu for the Drive and see if you can change it to "D:\"

The XP may already be assigned that letter because mine is. Good luck.
