Vista won't Boot

My Vista won't boot. It hangs when its trying to load the nettun.inf file. Can I use EasyBCD from the recovery environment? I have two laptops. The one I can access is XP. The Vista laptop is the one that won't boot. How can I use EasyBCD to help for this?
 
No you can not use EasyBCD from the recovyer enviroment. That wont help you if Vista is stuck loading on this file. You will heed to check with your Vista DVD for a restore point where you could boot and find out what happened. EasyBCD is just to edit the boot loader. Not fix Vista.
