Vista XP on seperate hard drives help

New Member

I have XP installed on IDE-0 and Vista 32 on Sata-1

Both will boot if the Hard drive priority is changed in the BIOS.

how do I use EasyBCD to dual boot. Which of the drives should be set to boot in the BIOS?

and from which one should I install EasyBCD on?

Always work with EasyBCD from within Vista. Since BCD is a Vista bootloader. Set the Vista SATA drive to boot first then add XP to the loader.
