Want To Add Vista To Linux Mint As Dual Boot

Awhile back I switched my OS from Windows Vista to Linux Mint7 Gloria. I've been using it for quite awhile, and really like this distro, but I'd like to reinstall Vista as a dual boot and have no idea what I'm doing. Would someone be willing to walk me through this? The grub boot loader seems to be a real problem which is what lead me to Easy BCD. Thanks! Anita
