what do I do with attachment.php please

Hi, nice to be here.
Have clicked the Download EasyBCD 2.0 Beta, Build 76 and downloaded attachment.php, what do I do with this file please.
 
Click the link and save the file "EasyBCD 2.0 Beta - Build 76.exe" which will download.
Then click on that file and it will install EasyBCD 2.0.
 
When I click the link I do not get a .exe, all I get is "attachment.php" which when clicked get Windows cant open this file.

Addendum:

Sorry. Have just successfully downloaded the software using an XP. So have now got to work out what Ive done to my Windows 7 x64. Thanks for your help.

Addendum:

It was my GetRight download manager. To override getright, press and hold Shift key and click file.
