what is the guarantee?

I have a paid version of EasyRE but it doesn't work since I upgraded my W10 UEFI to professional.

Right now it won't boot. The boot sector or code or whatever is preventing it from booting.

What guarantee do I get when I purchase the professional version of your recovery software that it will fix my problem?

Also is there any support other than posting here and hoping someone will respond in a timely manner?
 
Support is not from this peer to peer forum but by email to easyre@neosmart.net.
It doesn't guarantee to fix any problem (some things are just to broken to be fixed by anything short of a reinstall or even need replacement hardware) but it does offer your money back if your problem is something it can't fix.
Contact support for an upgrade if your copy is too old for the current level of W10.
