Where do I download a recovey disc?

I just purchased a recovery disc. How do I download it? The receipt did not provide any link?

Addendum:

A link finally showed up. Now there is a new problem. When I download the ISO file. I get two files - an ISO file that is empty and and ISO.part file which doesn't show up in image burner. Any suggestions?
