I went through the process of getting EasyBCD and had to pay $39.99. Then I downloaded the executable and the manual. I opened the manual and saw: "EasyBCD is NeoSmart Technologies 100% free Windows bootloader (BCD) modification tool.". If it is 100% free, why did I have to pay to download it?
