Will EasyBCD work for me?

Can you tell me if EasyBCD Commercial version will work for my situation? I'd test this myself with the free version, but I have Win 8.1 Professional, which isn't supported by the free version.

I have a UEFI system with a GPT SSD, with the following partitions:

MS Reserved
C: Win 8.1 Pro system

I created an image of the C: partition, and restored it to a new partition, so I now have a copy of C: on E:. I plan to use E: as a "sandbox" to try software before committing to it on C:. Can EasyBCD allow me to choose between booting to C: and E: partitions?

Also, does it support my Intel 750 PCI SSD (NVMe)?
